yes but i ratter do that but also u can press @+1+0 this is a master rest it will save ur data and when the light goes out press and hold the letter R until u see 4 icons comes up. And ur S!dekick will Acting much better

You can try this

To resolve this issue follow the steps listed below:

1. Remove the battery and the SIM card from the device.
2. Leave out the SIM card and battery for a few minutes and re-insert both.
3. If issue still remains try it one more time and also do a hard reset by pressing @+1+0 at the same time, when the screen goes out press and hold the letter “R” until you see 4 icons appear, then let go.

well i dint work anything ,and i dont know what to do now , i want to keep having this sidekick 2008
